Gathering together in celebration and service
The annual Mission / Charity Auction sale is usually held at the end of October. We share a meal before hosting a fun auction of donated items (often homemade) by members of the church. We fundraise for a number of local organizations including Mennonite Central Committee and sometimes for church renovations or upgrades. Invite your friends!
We hold a Christmas dinner in December. An opportunity to celebrate the season and share a meal together. Musical contributions are welcomed and this is the night we decorate the Christmas tree.
We are a small but mighty congregation and serve our community as best we can with what we have. For example, we sponsored and settled a family of six Syrian refugees who arrived in Saskatoon in 2016.
